The pandemic has hit education in an extraordinary way. Students with learning difficulties and disabilities have different kinds of needs that are given extreme care in face to face learning environments. Specialists receive specialized education and have a broad range of tools to be able to help and support these learners when it comes to learning. With the transition to online teaching what has been the case for these students and how can they be best supported.

Georgios is currently the Director of the Teaching Learning and Development Center at Al Yamamah University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Georgios is pursuing a Ph.D. researching Technology Enhanced Learning at Lancaster University in the UK. He is also the chair of the ANPC of TESOL International.
